Here is some basic information to help diploma pick-up go smoothly for you:
Diploma pick-up will be at the Enrollment Center (2819 S. New Haven Ave). It will begin on Friday, June 20. The Enrollment Center is open from 8 to 5 each week day.
Please check with your school treasurer or secretary to see if you have any fees. Diplomas and transcripts cannot be picked up if you have fees.
Only you or your legal guardian may pick up your diploma, and whoever is picking it up MUST have a photo ID. If you are 18 and do not want your guardian to pickup your diploma, please email whiteje3@tulsaschools.org no later than June 10.
Transcripts may ONLY be picked up by the student if they are 18 and ONLY picked up by the guardian if the student is not 18. There are no exceptions to this.
Transcripts will be free until October 1 for 2025 graduates if you pick them up at the Enrollment Center. You may also order your transcript on line at https://tulsaok.scriborder.com/.
